Seafood boil stoves are designed for Nabeyaki pots, Yukihira pans and mini stock pots.
If frypans or large stock pots are used, it is recommended that the maximum diameter of the pot body should not exceed 24 cm.
Use of woks are not recommended.
Remarks:
1,Make sure the pot is placed stably to prevent injury caused by pot tipping over.

3,The height between the burner and the bottom of the pot should be moderate:
Iron furnace series: 4~6cm;
Low pressure spray stove series: 7~9cm;
Small-medium sized commercial stoves series: 9~11cm;
Medium-large sized commercial stoves series: 17~19cm.
4,If the height is not enough, fire bricks can be used to raise the stove.
